Mod210 Activation?

So notice how everyone's been posting on the animator's walls "Mod210 Activation". I don't understand what's happening! If anyone understands it can you please explain it to me. EVERYONE'S DOING IT!. I don't get it DX I'm sooooooo confused DX
(P.S. I can't do my glitter signs right know)

    Hey, I was wondering that too and apparently there is a mod named Mod210 who has very unique eyes and apparently certain woozens want to be able to get those eyes. Hope I helped!

      Actually I think i figured out. Your correct there's a moderator named Mod210 but I think they mean what she's been doing. Like banning people for no reason or something. But your awnser could be right but i'm not sure
