I think that the outfit is adorable! The colors all match. Did I mention it is very Spring like! The flower in the hair, The Shorts. The boots just add some extra pizzazz :D 
Rate: 97/100 because the hair color is adorable but I suggest Goldening it more up lol but it still looks good :D

I think that the outfit is very cute! It adds winter and Spring together. Especially since Spring has been mixed with Winter this year(: I think any small pants can go with this outfit! 
Rate: 98/100 because the blues don't seem to match that much but from a distance you can't tell :D
