Outfit Breakdown: This outfit has a wild look to it, with the flowy hair, striped dress, and sparkly flats. The dress is a deep/neon daark blue, with black Zig zag stripes, personally i love this dress, and i use it in a lot of outfits x3 The bracelet is awesome and The little purse thing is also super cute x3 it pairs along with the white belt and adds a casual touch to the outfit! The hair is one of my faves, its was in the princess wedding collection form Valentines day and i still love it, The hair is wavy, and really cute! x) the earrings continue with the white accesories thing, and adds to the casual/wild look (: I LOVE these shoes! They go with almost everything and the sparkles are very girly and chic, plus they are super cheap!
Overall, i give this outfit a 8.5 out of 10!
