Cece's Fashion Update

I'm back!!!! :D So, heres another picture and outfit :) hope you like!



Simple or Flashy

Ok so I made a chart or numbe line for simple to flashy :) kind of like simple clothes to glitter and accessories :), I say my outfit is a 3 because it has simple pants and nigh top shoes with a ducky shirt but also has a kitty hat making it more than just simple! How would you rate my outfit? Comment below on what number you think it is :D
