Woozworld Creep

hey guys.....woozworld has this really weird creep and hes been harassing me for a while now...and in case you cant tell it makes me kinda upset because i keep reporting him but nothing works....anyways watch out for this guys hes really weird and likes to act like he's ur friend then he starts to act like he likes you THEN THIS HAPPENS!
