Congratulations Woozens On Protest!

As you might have seen Jennys update on Hot Topicz, if you are over preztige level 6, you will be allowed to color clothing VIP or not! Now on a bigger accountable factor to be added in is, many woozens have now dropped  out of the blackout! The woozens still continuing are loosing woozens by the minute. The question is, how many people are not going online?? I'm still wondering myself! I will keep you updated ASAP! ;) Thanks woozens!
