Well even though other members already posted about this jacket I wanted to do a tips about what to pair with it.

 You could go retro and pair it with this Manga Skirt with the striped leggings, and the down wavy hair which is very cute to add.

 You could also go very girly with the elegant floral skirt which ties in with the pretty flower on the headband of the hair.

This is a total mix of girly and tomboy. The high laced shoes give it a tough outgoing touch of it to add to the tomboy factor. But as a counteract this very dainty girly mini skirt gives a more on the girly side look. To make it 100% tomboy: Replace the skirt with a different item such as-
