Help please?

Someone posed as me as amandacucakes on the chat roll and i'm not sure how to make a chatroll account because i'm using a guest and afraid people won't think when i post in there it isn't me because people pose alot when the rules are not to pose they pose anway so how do i make a REAL chatroll account :P?
